Flex Urethane Series from PowerBlock are the fourth generation of PowerBlocks. The urethane-coated weight set of plates offer the ultimate in smooth performance in addition to their ‘flex’ technology in both the weight plates and the selector pins making for the most durable PowerBlock yet. The coloured rails are powder coat painted and are on both sides of each block for easy identification of the different weights.

Stage 1: Has a weight range of 1kg-23kg per hand. This stage 1 kit replaces the need for 20 pairs of traditional fixed weight dumbbells.

Stage 2: Expansion kit of the Pro EXP Stage 1. With this kit you can expand your PowerBlock Pro EXP Stage 1 from 23 to 32 kg per hand. With Stage 2 you add 6 extra steps to the Stage 1 basic set.

Stage 3: Expansion kit of the Pro EXP Stage 2. With this kit you can expand your PowerBlock Pro EXP Stage 1 and 2 from 32 to 41 kg per hand. With Stage 3 you add 6 extra increments to the Stage 1 and 2 set.
